SHIPPING

All items have a turnaround time of 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. The tracking number is included in "Shipment Confirmation Email". Once you receive the tracking number, this is the best way to track your item(s) delivery to your location.

 

USPS has advised that due to COVID, items may take longer than expected to arrive. Once the item is in possession of the post office, Kissin’ Kate does not have any control of arrival times and they cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, questions in regards to postal updates or delivery should be directed to USPS at 1 800 522 9085 or via their website at - www.usps.com 

 

Please make sure your address details are correct at the time of purchase. Kissin' Kate is not responsible for re-shipping fees or replacement of the order should the incorrect address be entered during the time of customer purchase.

 

Once the package had been marked as delivered, Kissin’ Kate is not responsible for theft or missing packages. If you believe your order may have been incorrectly delivered or stolen, please file a claim with USPS.

PENDING ORDERS

We do not accept order cancellations at any time. Custom order requests must be finalized at time of purchase, as changes cannot be guaranteed. 

REPAIRS

Quality control and durability are always the goals for Kissin' Kate products as each item is hand-made.  The occasional unthreading and loose rivet can happen over time.
 

Repairs are offered on all products up to 6 months from the date of purchase.  Eligible examples of repairs pertain to; unthreading, broken rivets. Ineligible examples pertain to; stains, scratches, wear & tear. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all repairs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Kissin' Kate is a small business with the highest goals for quality products. All products are photographed prior to shipping to ensure your item is not received with any faults. Returns will only be accepted if the item received is faulty.  Eligible examples of a faulty item are; unthreading and broken rivets. Ineligible examples are; preference in manufacturing and sizing. We do our best to be thorough with photos and item descriptions, but still encourage questions prior to purchasing, in order to avoid dissatisfaction due to assumptions. All custom made items are not refundable.

Additionally, Kissin’ Kate reserves the right to cease communication with anyone using abusive, threatening, or aggressive language. 

HANDMADE

All items are handmade with love in small batches or are created to be one of a kind. We strive to be unique with hand touches, to set ourselves apart from mass produced products.
