SHIPPING

All items have a turnaround time of 3-5 business days to ship, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, and full insurance. The tracking number is included in "Shipment Confirmation Email". Once you receive the tracking number, this is the best way to track your item(s) delivery to your location.

Once the item is in possession of the post office, Kissin’ Kate does not have any control of arrival times and they cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, questions in regards to postal updates or delivery should be directed to USPS at 1 800 522 9085 or via their website at - www.usps.com 

Please ensure your address details are correct at the time of purchase. Kissin' Kate is not responsible for re-shipping fees or replacement of the order should the incorrect address be entered during the time of customer purchase.

Once the package had been marked as delivered, Kissin’ Kate is not responsible for theft or missing packages. If you believe your order may have been incorrectly delivered or stolen, please file a claim with USPS.

In the very rare event that USPS has lost your package, Kissin' Kate's first goal is the replace the order, however, many items are intended to be made as a "one-off". A full refund may be the most likely solution. Kissin' Kate does reserve the right to make this decision.

PENDING ORDERS

We do not accept order cancellations at any time. Any custom order requests must be finalized at time of purchase, as changes cannot be guaranteed. 

REPAIRS

Quality control and durability are always the goals for Kissin' Kate products as each item is hand-made.  The occasional unthreading and loose rivet can happen over time.

PRODUCT DESIGN REQUESTS

All items are sold "as is", meaning physical customizations, additions, or changes to products are not available.

REPAIRS 

Repairs are offered on all products up to 6 months from the date of purchase.  Eligible examples of repairs pertain to; unthreading, broken rivets. Ineligible examples pertain to; stains, scratches, wear & tear. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all repairs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items are marked as final sale. Refunds are not accepted.

Kissin' Kate reserves the right to decline service or cancel orders.

Additionally, Kissin’ Kate reserves the right to cease communication with anyone using abusive, threatening, or aggressive language.

Offering only original designs and quality leather, Kissin' Kate provides you a bag that goes unmatched to any other. When the common theme in the leather accessory industry is sending designs overseas to be mass produced, Kate is committed to brand integrity and supporting the local community instead.

The Artist

At 6 years old, Kate discovered the art of hand sewing, and began creating pillows, and doll clothes. As her ideas grew, it became necessary to learn to use a sewing machine. After just one lesson on a machine, she taught herself the rest, and spent many late nights in her teens creating outfits to wear to school the next day.

It didn't take long for the dream to evolve. Kate began her first business called "Kate Designs" at 13 to sell her creations. After many business ideas and changes over the years, Kate finally settled on the world of leather, where she could share her love of the western culture, with a unique touch of retro imagery. Her faith in God has given her the passion to fuel it all.
